I hereby declare that I am aware that this is an extreme sport from all that this implies, including surfing, Stand up paddle boarding and physical fitness training. I declare that my child knows how to swim and that his / her health is normal and allows him or her to participate in a surfing camp that requires physical exertion and activity at sea. I undertake to immediately update the camp coordinator on any change in the child’s health condition.

General information about the surfing camp and registration regulations and cancellations:

During the after school programme the kids will acquire important tools for dealing with the sea (ocean conditions, currents, wave formation), learn the basics of surfing and how to surf on different surfboards. Meet new friends, develop physical, mental fitness and awareness of themselves and the environment. South Pacific Surf School specializes in empowering kids/teens and teaching life skills through surfing, in a fun and social way. • Our instructors are graduate instructors of Surfing NZ with experience in guiding children and youth. • Training in small groups. • During the programme, the campers will receive all the necessary equipment for the duration of the activity: • A suitable surfboard and a wetsuit. • Must have: sunscreen, hat, swimsuit and towel, change of clothes.

Registration policy and cancellations for the South Pacific Surf programs: * Registration and reservation of a place for the surfing program is conditional on arranging the payment in advance (before the start of the camp) only. * If the participation in the surfing camp has been canceled after registration and payment or during the first three days of participation in the camp The cancellation will be charged a registration fee of $100. As well as payment for the days of activity actually used according to the price list shown: Single activity day $70. 2 days of activity $65 per day. 3 days of activity $60 per. ** No refund will be given after 3 days of activity or more during the summer camp, including in the case of sick days, trips, family events, etc. ** ** No refunds will be given for non-arrival at the camp, including in the case of sick days,trips, family events, etc. ** * We recommend purchasing Sol Zinc for the camp due to prolonged exposure to the sun 15g Kids Zinc tub: $11 50g Zinc: $25 I have read the general information including the conditions for registration and cancellation for the surfing camp and I confirm that I have understood it
